Voidex Subscription | Effective Date: March 13, 2026
By creating an account or using the Voidex Subscription platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Voidex is a cloud-based document management and business automation platform that allows users to create, organize, sign, and collaborate on documents. Features include a smart document editor, e-signature tools, team collaboration, cloud storage, and workflow automation.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Voidex. By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To use Voidex, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@voidex.io.
Voidex offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All billing is handled securely through Stripe.
You agree not to use Voidex to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform.
• Spam or harass other users.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.
All software, designs, logos, and content on the Voidex platform are owned by Voidex or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you create using the platform. By using Voidex, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Voidex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voidex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the applicable courts of jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of Voidex after changes constitutes acceptance.
