Refund & Cancellation Policy
Voidex Subscription | Effective Date: March 13, 2026
At Voidex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued and how you can cancel your subscription.
If Voidex offers a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial without incurring any charges.
We offer the following refund terms:
• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied with the service.
• Annual Plans: If you are on an annual plan and cancel within 30 days of your renewal date, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused months.
• Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the billing date, except where required by law.
• Extenuating Circumstances: Refund requests outside the standard window may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Partial months of service already used.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
• Add-ons or one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.
• Refund requests made beyond the stated eligibility window.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@voidex.io with the following information:
• Your full name and registered email address.
• The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
• A brief reason for your refund request.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
You may cancel your Voidex subscription at any time by:
• Navigating to Account Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.
• Contacting our support team at support@voidex.io.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform.
